HR 354 - The LEOSA Reform Act

On February 23, 2021, Representative Don Bacon [R-NE-02] introduced HR 1210 - The LEOSA Reform Act. He reintroduced the bill as HR 354 on January 13, 2023.

This bill is a critical piece of legislation that will improve public safety by allowing qualified law enforcement officers, who have committed themselves to our communities, the opportunity to do so by extending their concealed carry privileges.

Below is a list of the cosponsors of both HR 354 and HR 1210. If your representative cosponsored HR 1210, they would be more likely to sponsor HR 354.
