Scholarships

Applications for the 2020/2021 Academic Year are now CLOSED.

Applications for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 semesters will open December 18, 2020.
Watch this website for updated information.

The deadline to apply will be February 28, 2021.

 Students who have previously received a Foundation Scholarship or Skilled Trades Award are NOT eligible to apply again.

To apply, students must:

  1. Be a graduating high school senior or college student pursuing a 4-year undergraduate college degree at an accredited 2 or 4-year college/university in the U.S.
  2. Have a cumulative UNWEIGHTED GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 grading scale. Academic transcript is required. College students must use their college transcript.
  3. Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident enrolled as a full-time college student (taking at least 12 credit hours per semester.) 
  4. Be the CHILD or GRANDCHILD of an active member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI. (Society membership number is required.) If member is deceased, membership must have been current at the time of death.
  5. Children of active members of the FBI National Academy Associates may apply for the George A. Zeiss Memorial Scholarship, if they meet the first three requirements noted above.

TO SUBMIT APPLICATION DOCUMENTS: A link will be provided here for students to enter the Scholarship Submission Portal. ALL documents (except for the Academic Transcript) are to be uploaded in this portal.
