The Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI – Violence Against the FBI
More than 35,000 FBI Special Agents, analysts, and professional support staff work tirelessly every day to fulfill the FBI’s mission to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States. Unfounded and reckless attacks on the men and women of the FBI as they pursue that mission is both dangerous and unacceptable. Recent threats to FBI personnel and facilities only serve to increase the potential for violence and must be denounced by this nation’s leaders. The public can rest assured, however, that no matter how difficult the circumstances, the FBI will continue to carry out its mission with Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity.
